Conditions for Returns and Exchange

1. We only accept the return within 3 days after delivery

2. The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached

3. We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care

4. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of manufacturing defects or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). In all other cases, a Credit note (90 Days validity) is available. 

5. In case of exchange of products, You can exchange with same product size or colour

Once Return/ Exchange request is acknowledged by the our team during the next working day, please send the product back to us, either by yourself or you can tell us to schedule the courier partner and the reverse shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Please do not forget to make a video while packing your returned items & take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. ZariDhaaga will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

NOTE:

Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
